An index, revised whenever a note is added. Each build gets its own numbered note rather than a paragraph here, written the way the research notes are: why it exists, the choices and their alternatives, the measurements, and what failed on the way. No fixed template; each build gets the document it deserves.

A Website With Rules
The system you are reading, written up as engineering: the constraints it was built under, the one place a rule had to bend and was amended in public, and the four real errors the rules caught before a reader could.
Agentic Justice
A four-agent retrieval pipeline over 7,500 Indian Supreme Court judgments, fusing dense, lexical and citation-graph retrieval. Retrieval quality rose from 0.79 to 0.91 by mean reciprocal rank, and a three-level verification agent brought citation hallucination to zero across 237 citations.
Faculty Outreach Automation
A command-line tool that scrapes faculty pages three different ways, scores research overlap against a parsed profile, drafts variants, sends, and tracks replies. The whole outreach loop, end to end.
